All of my sessions are held via Zoom. Please familiarize yourself with the app prior to your appointment.

All sessions, classes, lectures, and workshops are non-refundable, so please be sure when you book. If you miss your appointment and don't contact us at least 24 hours ahead of your allotted time, you will not be reimbursed. You will need to rebook through the website.

Look out for your confirmation and reminder emails after booking from scheduling@acuityscheduling.com. If you don't receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder. If you don't have your confirmation email, send a message right away to Andrea@SweetReleaseHealing.com!

Many opportunities to learn now offer payment plans. The frequency and amount are up to the client. Make sure your session, class, or workshop is paid in full 24 hours before the start time or it will be cancelled with no refund given. There will be a button at the bottom of your confirmation email allowing you to make payments or reschedule to a later time.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy: Andrea Lovett, and any teacher of Sweet Release Healing, requires at least 24 hours notice for any non-emergency cancelled appointments. Client is responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any missed session(s). Client is also responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any session(s) for which Client failed to give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Cancellation notice should be sent by email to: Andrea@sweetreleasehealing.com
